sysupdate.exe is a process belonging to an advertising program by EXact Advertising. This process monitors your browsing habits and distributes the data back to the author's servers for analysis.
Damage to your computer's registry could be compromising your PC's performance and causing system slow-downs and crashes too.
This also prompts advertising popups. This process is a security risk and should be removed from your system.
I strongly recommend that you run a antivurs software to identify and remove sysupdate.exe file.

"BOOTMGR is missing" Error While Booting Windows Vista
If your Windows Vista computer has encountered the dreaded “BOOTMGR is missing” error, you aren’t alone. If the problem isn’t hardware related you can fix it with relative ease as long as you have a Windows Vista DVD handy.
1. Boot off the Windows Vista DVD and then click Next at the first prompt
2. You should see a link in the lower left-hand side for “Repair your computer”
3. The installation process will attempt to find your Vista installation directory. If there’s more than one in the list, select the correct one and then use the Next button again.
4. Click the first link for “Startup Repair”
5. The installation process will repair the system, and then prompt for you to reboot.
Alternatively you could have chosen the Command Prompt option instead, and use the following command to fix the boot options only:
bootrec /fixboot
bootrec /fixboot
At this point you should be able to reboot your computer, remove the DVD and everything should be working.
Yippie!! ITS SOLVED!

BENQ Joybook Lite U101
BenQ have just launched the BenQ Joybook Lite U101, or simply BenQ U101 for short. It’s fairly similar to the other netbooks currently on the market, but thats nothing unusual. One thing that is different on the BenQ U101 is it’s 10.1-inch LED LCD, with an aspect ratio of 16:9 (rather than 16:10), which gives it a resolution of 1024 x 576 pixels, which is ideal for wide screen movies etc, but also give you a few less pixels hight wise.
Elsewhere on the BenQ Joybook U101 there is an Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz CPU, 1GB or DDR2 RAM, Intel 945GSE chipset, and a choice of either 80-160GB hard disk drive, or 4-16GB of the SSD drive type.
There is a 1.3 megapixel webcam, three USB 2.0 ports, and is available in either blue, white, pink or black color options. The BenQ Joybook Lite U101 weight 1.1kg, has a nice 90% full sized keyboard and comes with Windows XP Home.
